During the warmer months, our beaches can transform into serene lagoons, thanks to the protective sandbars that create calm, shallow waters ideal for children. These lagoons are perfect for paddling and spotting the array of fish, offering a safe and enchanting environment for little ones. It's our absolute favourite when the Lagoons appear, I'm sure to take a floaty, so Mum and Dad can laze about while the kids happily swim and splash in the calmer waters.

Greenmount Beach offers a scenic walking trail with spectacular views, ideal for family photos and nature spotting. Bearded Dragons line the walk-way and kids get excited spotting all the shapes and sizes as they troll along. Lastly, Rainbow Bay is the go-to for families who love to surf or watch surfers in action early morning, through to the perfect summer evenings. Rainbow Bay and Snapper Rocks also have some amazing Rock Pools on the low tide. They are the perfect Crab Hunting spots.
